  Master; co-taught; English.
  Course on microeconometric methods for applied empirical research, with emphasis on identification, model assumptions, and interpretation. Selected topics: linear models; instrumental variables; hypothesis testing; maximum likelihood estimation; Tobit and sample selection models; binary and multinomial choice models; count data models; simple panel data models.
  Based on Cameron and Trivedi (2005), Microeconometrics: Methods and Applications.
• Econometrics 1 & 2
  Bachelor; independently taught; German.
  Introductory sequence in econometrics combining lectures with applied sessions. Econometrics 1 covered cross- sectional methods from simple linear regression to measurement error. Econometrics 2 covered instrumental variables and focused on time series econometrics.

• International Economics
  Bachelor; independently taught; German.
  Introduction to international trade and open-economy macroeconomics. Topics covered Ricardian trade theory, the Heckscher-Ohlin model, new trade theory with imperfect competition, exchange rates, and international monetary and fiscal policy.
  Based on Krugman, Obstfeld, and Melitz, International Economics: Theory and Policy.
• Economic Policy
  Bachelor; co-taught; German.
  Discussion of economic policy interventions from different models of economic thought, combining abstract policy arguments with current examples from public debates and news articles.
